How do I unlock the PoS system

Issue

If you are unlocked from the PoS system and restarting does not work 

Resolution 

In order to unlock the PoS system, you need either admin permission to switch the user, or let our service desk Ping the actual station 

Please make sure you provide ip address and S/N number
